Overcoming Challenges through Life and Light

Prior to the article on ‘overcoming challenges by what you say’, will be considering the efficacy of life and light in overcoming challenges.

First thing you need to know is that there is always hope and God can solve any form of challenges, no matter how big it could be.

It’s now left for you to see that God is mighty than that your challenge for the scriptures says mourning may last over night but there is an assurance that joy will surely come in the morning.

No wonder, Job said in that our same anchor scripture, Job 3 in the 20th verse that “Wherefore is light given to him that is in misery, and life unto the bitter in soul;” all you need to do is to allow that light to shine on your path and no matter how bitter your soul could be there is life for you. You need to be conscious of this life and light.

What is the light and life that verse is talking about?

The book of John, chapter one answered that, from verse 1 – 4. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”

The verse four said, in him (the word) was life which becomes light. So your light and life out of that challenge is the WORD!

Another question here is who or what is the word?

That word is Jesus. John 1:14 says “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6

In summary, the light and the life you need to overcome that challenge is in the word and that word is Jesus!

So all you need to have all your needs met is Jesus and there is no way you will have access to this great light and life without knowing Jesus and the first step to that is salvation. Romans 10: 10 say “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” You can actually click here to do that.

But it does not only end there, that just the starting point, remember that Jesus is the word. There is a need to know him more and that can be done through the word of God. The Psalmist says “your word is lamp unto my feet and light unto my path.”

I will advise you to make the word of God your companion which has been given to us as the Bible and other anointed books.

Note that, it is only in the word you will find that light and life you are seeking for.

Glory!
