VISION is a product of God’s Word – Hab.2:1-3.
AMBITION is a product of human desire – Job 33:14-17.
DELUSION is a product of Satanic deception and manipulation – Ezek.12:24.
There’s nothing that is as lovely as CATCHING A VISION EARLY IN LIFE – it preserves your strength and galvanizes your productivity.
When someone catches a vision early in life, his prayer point will be like this:
PSALM 90:14
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
But if he allows a significant portion of his productive years to be spent on vanity and frivolity, his prayer point is likely to be like the next verse:
PSALM 90:15
Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
I believe you can spot the difference dear friend?
Don’t let the devil deceive you that you still have MUCH TIME LEFT.
Run as if you have never run. Work as if you have never worked. Labour as if you have never laboured.
Set your face like a flint to hit God’s target for your life.
There are certain things you can do NOW that you may not be able to do THEN, for it is written:
LAMENTATION 3:27
It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
ECCLESIASTES 12:1-2
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:
When you catch a vision early in life, you step into destiny early in life, and many other areas of your life become fastracked.
For instance, T. L. Osborn married at the age of 17; Dad Hagin married at the age of 21 while Oral Roberts married at the age of 20, and they all stepped into destiny early in life.
That bewilders the typical African mind. But you see, friend, the Word of God is not AFRICAN; it is ETERNAL, and God is not a Respecter of persons.
When I see fathers in the Faith pursuing God’s purpose for their lives with “youthful energy”, then I know that TIME IS NOT ON MY SIDE.
Time waits for no man. Remember; WHERE SOMEBODY IS COOLING OFF, ANOTHER PERSON IS WARMING UP.
May you NEVER become a replaceable vessel in your generation.
There’s nothing wrong with having AMBITION, so far it’s in sync with God’s VISION for your life.
Be in time. Jesus is coming back again, and His Coming is sooner than expected. Whatever you want to do, do it NOW!
Heaven’s investment in your life must speak in time and eternity. It is up to you friend, for God’s Grace is sufficient for you.
