LET THEM GO…!

Evang. Mike Bamiloye

As a Ministry Leader or Senior Pastor, why are you so scared and shaky that your close associates may leave you for another church or another Leader? Is your Calling and Vision hanged on a human being?

And as a Ministry Leader or Pastor, why are you always possessive and guarding the door of your church to prevent members from running away to another Church?
It shows you are not Bold and Courageous in your ministerial Calling.

I once heard of a Man of God who fainted when he heard that his close associate in the ministry has gone away from him and opened another church. Why must you faint because a man has left you?
Another Man of God just finished praying for his Assistant in the Church, to commission him for his coming ministry, not knowing he had already started his church and half of the Choir members and many of the church workers that did not show up in the church that day had actually resumed in the church of this Associate pastor, without the knowledge of the Senior Pastor.

When the Senior Pastor was informed on the pulpit, after commissioning the Associate Pastor, he was shocked, froze and collapsed on the altar. He recovered from the shock much later.

When many disciples left Jesus because of His hard teaching, He turned to the remaining twelve and asked if they too wanted to go. Then, Peter said a very profound statement: in John 6:68
“But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”

This is the KEY,
IF YOU HAVE THE WORD OF LIFE IN YOUR MOUTH AND THE CALL OF GOD UPON YOUR LIFE, NO HUMAN BEING CAN DEVALUE YOUR CALLING AND MINISTRY, IF YOU ARE STANDING RIGHT IN HIS PRESENCE.

If you are afraid that your ministry will collapse because a trusted Associate has left your church or ministry, it is because they are the source of your power and ministerial strength in the first place.
If they leave you, because you are firm and resolute on Godliness and Righteous standing, and you are standing with God and have not deviated to follow the devil, then, RELAX, Because:

DRY LEAVES must drop that New Leaves must spring forth…
OLD BRANCHES must BREAK OFF to give room for growing branches to stretch forth.
If you have the Call of God on your Head
And carry the Anointing of the Holy Spirit in your Life,
And you carry the Word of God in your mouth,
Those Are your valuable Precious Ministerial Credentials:

No One Can Use his going or Resignation to intimidate your ministry.
Even if 60% of the Choir and the Workers leave for another Church or to another Minister,
IT IS ONLY LEAVES AND DRY BRANCHES OF THE TREE THAT HAVE FALLEN OFF,
AS LONG AS THE TREE IS STILL STANDING,
NEW LEAVES WILL SPRING FORTH AND FRESH BRANCHES WILL SHOOT OUT FROM THE STANDING TREE.

Must you eat your Beans with Stones?
Must you eat your Rice with Pebbles?
Let the Stones and the Pebbles leave your meal, so you can eat your food with peace.
Some Pastors would rain curses upon anyone who leaves their church, It shows they lack the Word of life and do not Carry the Calling and the Anointing that makes the Ministry works.

Why must you curse People who leave your ministry?
AND WHY MUST YOU BE PAMPERING THEM SO THAT THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR CHURCH?
Why Must you become their Slave and Errand boy, so that they will not leave your Church and Ministry?
You are so Insecure and always afraid that they will leave the Church and leave you empty one day…so you choose to be doing so many things for them so that they will not leave you and your Ministry one day. THAT CAN NEVER BE THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOU.
The Lord told Joshua in Joshua 1:7

“Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.”

IN ADDITION TO THE CALL OF GOD UPON YOUR LIFE, ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT UPON YOUR HEAD AND WORD OF LIFE IN YOUR MOUTH, YOU NEED TO BE VERY STRONG AND COURAGEOUS.
