A Virgin, but known by men!

Genesis 24:16 And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up

If you critically look at the scriptural text above, you will see that the Bible clearly differentiated been a virgin, and known by men
Why should the Bible say she was not known by men after saying she was a virgin? Are you seeing something now?
So, to be a virgin is not enough.

You have not had sex is not enough. You didn’t fornicate is not enough. Some people avoid sex because they are afraid of getting pregnant. Some avoid sex because they are afraid of sexually transmitted diseases. In order words, if there was no pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases, they will embrace the idea of fornication.

We are already aware of what being a virgin is all about. Now, I will talk about what it means not to be known by men
If you are a virgin and people can immorally talk about sex freely with you, then you are already known by men
If you are a virgin and people can touch your body anyhow, then you are already known by men.

If you are a virgin and you can exchange erotic text messages with people, then you are already known by men
If you are a virgin and people can immorally kiss you, romance you or cuddle your breast, then you are already known by men.

If you are a virgin and you dress in an immoral fashion, you are already known by men
If you are a virgin, and you expose your breast, display your laps, then you are already known by men
Virginity is not just enough. You must go higher to make sure that you are chaste
God doesn’t use those with only virginity. He uses those who are pure in heart.

You can be a virgin, but dirty in thought
This message is to call you to a higher ground of consecration that even though you are a virgin, you still need to be pure in heart (not known by men).

Don’t say since I’m not a virgin, I can continue messing up. No! Rather, turn a new leaf and become chaste
I believe I have been able to communicate to someone today. See you on the next post
God bless you
