There are three sets of people you will always encounter in life when it comes to imparting knowledge and you should know how to deal with each one of them:
(1) THE INNOCENT: Never take advantage of the innocent. You’re duty-bound to serve as a guide to them, help them transit that stage and be willing to help them stand strong and stay safe.
(2) THE IGNORANT: Some have genuine motives and some do not. When you see those who are positively disposed to learning, then don’t hold back. Be willing to be a blessing.
(3) THE ARROGANT: Most of them are IGNORANT and they aren’t willing to learn. NEVER ARGUE WITH THE ARROGANT. Just walk pass. They’re time wasters. Anyone who despises your wisdom is not worthy of your companionship.
Interestingly, the way we deal with these three sets of people goes a long way in measuring our degree of Christlikeness and spiritual maturity.
You cannot always determine people’s actions towards you but you can ALWAYS determine your own RESPONSE to people’s actions.
The world is full of DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEOPLE. Learning to discern each one and responding accordingly goes a long way in keeping you steady.
This is one area every child of God should seek to gain mastery whereby Christ is glorified.
May the Lord help us all!
Amen!!
BLESSINGS!!!
