The decision to change churches is an important one. God has a plan for your life and being in the right church is a vital part of that plan. So your decision should be made prayerfully, seeking the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit (Psalm 37:23; John 16:13).
Hebrews 10:24-25 instructs us to “think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”
The reason for assembling together is to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. Every believer needs fellowship with like believers. As we accurately share the Word with each other, whether in the home, church or Bible study, we will mature and grow strong in the Lord (2 Timothy 2:15).
We encourage you to walk in love as you seek God’s wisdom in making this decision.
