WHY PEOPLE LOOSE MAJOR BATTLES IN LIFE AND DESTINY

Life is full of battles. We weren’t promised a life without battles but a life of sure victory. Abba didn’t promise us a smooth journey but a smooth landing. We are sure of how it will end and it is declared in our favour; we are overcomers, we are more than conquerors.

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.””
John 16:33 ESV

When we face the challenges of life, some will loose the battles and some will be victorious WHY?
I was studying the story of David and the Holy Ghost ministered to me about David,
The same thing that the armies of Saul heard and got them terrified was the same thing that David heard and got him stirred up. We can be listening to the same thing but hearing differently.

WHAT ARE YOU HEARING?
Goliath defiled them and they ran, DAVID HEARD GOLIATH AND CHARGED TOWARDS HIM.
Well the Holy Ghost showed me many secrets of David’s victory but I will share one today and keep the rest for some other time.

Many fail in the battles of life because of this simple thing I want to share with you.
Note: we are fighting in a battle that the outcome has already been predicted and decided in our favor by Jesus, He said it is finished, but why do many still fall in the battle as if there was no promise hanging over their heads? Well the answer is very very simple.

When David was going to face Goliath, He quickly recounted how God helped him with the Lion and the bear, He believed that the same God who didn’t give his flesh to the bear or the lion is still alive and won’t start failing with Goliath 1 Sam 17:37.

What is the lesson here?
WHENEVER YOU ARE FACED WITH A BIG CHALLENGE, DON’T APPROACH IT AS BIG BUT RECOUNT THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD WHEN YOU HAD SMALL SMALL CHALLENGES. CELEBRATE YOUR SMALL VICTORIES BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SEEDS FOR THE BIG VICTORY.
Never look down on any victory, celebrate it, it will be needed when the big battles show up. The God who helped you with the bear and the Lion won’t leave you stranded when you face Goliath.
