“3. And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. 4. And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams’ horns…” (Joshua 6: 3-4)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Apart from the men of war and Ark of the Covenant, God told Joshua to include the priests in the journey round Jericho. In Old Testament times, the Ark of the Covenant needed the priests to be available for it to make impact. The priests served as middle men between God and the people. They connected God to the people. So when God ordered that the priests be involved, He was simply sending the blessing of connection.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are receiving the blessing of connection. God is connecting you to the people who will connect you to your miracle. God is sending you men will connect you to your opportunities. God is sending you the blessing of connection to the high places you need to step into. God is sending you the blessing of connection that will take you to the places you need to be in.
Today, hear me as I hear the Lord: the blessing of divine connection is upon you. Without your efforts, men shall arise to link you up to the places that will yield results for you. God will position men around you who will carry you to the place of your celebration and congratulations. God will connect you to men who will ensure that your portion comes your way. God is sending you men who will connect you to greatness.
Today, I pray for you: may you not be connected to men who will disconnect you from greatness. May you not be connected to men who will connect you to your downfall. May you not be connected to men whose presence in your life will attract afflictions and negativity. May you not be connected to men who will cause you to lose sight of your connection to God. May you not be connected to men who will take you down.
Ask God to bless you with the blessing of positive connections. Ask God to position men on your way who would connect you to your good news.
Isaiah 60: 10 says: “And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.”
Declare With Me: I receive the blessing of connection, in Jesus’ name!
