(Promoting Love And Harmony Among Ministers)

Don’t take advantage of someone’s trying time or moment in ministry to boost your own profile.
Don’t capitalize on another man’s ministerial challenge to promote your vision.
Don’t ride on a crisis that another ministry is going through to project your image.
It is tantamount to building a house on a weak foundation with many cracks on the wall.
Should a ministry be facing a challenge, your duty as a minister of the Gospel who gave the oath of allegiance to THE SAME GOSPEL that we all preach is to intercede on their behalf.
Using another man’s negative situation as the sole promoter of your own ministry is devilish.
We’re to bear one another’s burdens as commanded by Scriptures:
GALATIANS 6:2
Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
Don’t talk down another man of God who may be going through a challenge to score a political point.
Where the authority structure dictates, call people to order when you need to but never add to the challenge they’re going through by talking them down in public.
The danger of taking advantage of another man’s crisis to project your own work is that it pegs your ministry.
You may have substance but your coverage will be limited.
I once heard about an Associate Pastor who took advantage of a trying time in their ministry to start his own church just beside his set man’s church.
People trooped there from his former church but the work crashed and crumbled in less than three months and people returned to their former church.
Let’s build a work that will last and outlast us. If you ever have a genuine or legitimate reason to break out of a church, ensure that your exit is effected with recourse to Scriptural conscience.
Above all, NEVER USE ANOTHER MAN’S DOWNFALL AS A STAIRCASE TO THE TOP.
