“And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.” (John 2: 3)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In the wedding in Cana of Galilee, Mary discovered that the couple had run out of wine; she told Jesus, and Jesus eventually caused water to become wine. Mary got the information about the challenge; and she passed the information to Jesus who could solve the puzzle. Mary may not have been able to do a miracle, but she informed the One who could do a miracle. Simply put, Insight met with Capacity, and there was a huge result.
There are times when we know that there is no wine, but simply lack the capacity to turn water into wine. There are times when we truly have the information about what is wrong, but have no access to solutions. There are times when we have informants that announce the challenge, but no helpers with capacity to solve the challenge. There are times when insight is in order, but capacity isn’t, and results remain elusive.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: receive the capacity that will move you from insight to results. Receive the access that will turn around the situations you have properly diagnosed; receive the divine capacity to move from discovering what is wrong to providing solutions; receive divine wisdom that will take you beyond mere discovery of problems and position you to birth needful solutions.
Mary had the insight into the challenge of the couple, and she connected to Jesus who had capacity, and there were results. So, what began with insight ended with results. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your insight will meet with results. Your knowledge and wisdom will meet with results. The information you have at your disposal will take you to the place of results. Your insight will connect you to amazing results that will make news.
Ask God to endue you with the capacity to move from insight to results. Ask God to cause your insight to meet with results.
Matthew 11: 19 NLT says: “The Son of Man, on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’ But wisdom is shown to be right by its results.”
Declare With Me: My insights meet with results, in Jesus’ name!
