“And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.” (Matthew 2: 11)
In our Focal Scripture, the wise men showed up at the house where Jesus was with His mother. Mary may never have encountered wise men all her life, but the moment she brought forth Jesus, without an invitation, wise men gravitated towards her. She brought forth what God put in her, and wise men started to come to her house. She brought forth an uncommon result, and the circle of people who came to visit her changed.
Friend, your wise men may not show up until you bring forth that uncommon seed that heaven put in you. Your wise men may not come until your potentials become tangible. Kings and nobles may not come your way until your light begins to shine brighter than ever before. Your wise men may never share their treasures with you until you bring forth the results they desire. The gifts you need may not come until your ‘Jesus’ is birthed.
Notice that the wise men were not even attracted by Mary; they were attracted by the uncommon child she bore. They were attracted by the uncommon result that came forth through Mary. They may never have visited Mary, but they were drawn by the result that came through her. Some of the people who do not intend to ‘visit’ you will eventually come calling when you bring forth your uncommon results. Those that will not come to you will eventually come to your uncommon result.
There is a generation waiting for you to bring forth that which God planted in you. There is a generation waiting to take hold of the treasures that will come forth through you. There is a generation waiting for the wisdom that will flow from you. There is a generation waiting for you to start that mission that heaven already commissioned you to begin. There is a generation that will never take you serious until you bring forth results.
Don’t be counted amongst those who simply showed up in life but had no results to show for it. Don’t be counted among ‘Mary’s who failed to birth their ‘Jesus’.
Romans 8: 19 says: “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”
Declare With Me: I bring forth my uncommon results, in Jesus’ name!
