The difference between strong ministry leaders and weak ministry leaders is their approach to ministry. One has an approach that is shaped by years of learning, unlearning, and relearning, while the other feels he is always right and needs nothing much to be adjusted.
One values and the wisdom of Jethros, understanding that there are people who don’t necessarily have a call to ministry but understand certain things that will help the minister do ministry effectively. It is amazing how Moses was communing with God everyday and God didn’t tell him he could die of exhaustion from his approach. It is simple, God doesn’t say everything. He expects you to learn from those He has blessed with the wisdom!
