“SUFFERING DEFEAT AFTER CROSSING OVER”

Joshua 7:12-13 KJV
[12] Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.

[13] …..There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.

We had said, yesterday, when we I was reporting how the Border-City of Jericho fell, and the strategies that would lead to the falling of all Walls of Obstructions and Hinderances shielding you away from your Land of Milk and Honey in 2022
We saw that a man could Cross Over the JORDAN River and still remain at the back of the River without moving further from behind the walls of Jericho.

We have seen that to even Cross Over into 2022 is not enough, but to also pull down all Walls of Oppositions and Obstructions that would shied us away from tapping into the full blessings and treasures the Lord had reserved for us in Drama Ministry this year.
THEREFORE, WE SAW THE KEY THAT DESTROYED THE WALLS OF OBSTRUCTIONS AND HINDERANCES YESTERDAY.
IT WAS OBEYING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE MASTER, THE CAPTAIN OF THE HOST OF THE LORD LEADING US ON I THE LAND OF CANAAN THROUGHOUT THE YEAR 2016.

But as when the Walls of Jericho fell down, and the Army of Israel rushed into the city to set it aflame, the Lord had instructed them never to take any spoil for themselves. He had warned them to burn everything in the city on fire as a Burnt Offering on Him, but to separate all the gold, silver and bronze apart for Him and bring them into His treasury in His Tabernacle.

That was where the group of people erred. Somebody…amidst them violated the Lord’s command. As he went killing and burning, he came across a huge wedge of gold and some elegant Babylonian Robe, and he coveted them and kept them in his tent. The battle was over and the battle was won. they entered the Canaan Land to start possessing their lands. As they launched an attack with a very few army against a smaller town, maybe about one-tenth the size of Jericho, they were shamefully beaten back and 36 soldiers lost their lives in that battle.

The whole of the people were astonished. Why would they win the battle of Jericho City with all its formidable walls and be beaten down by a very small town of Ai? they were ashamed. They were completely disappointed at themselves.
Where was the Captain of the Host of Heaven who had received hem into Canaan Land?
Where was the amazing invisible power that cracked the massive walls of Jericho?

As it was, the Army of the small city of Ai had driven them back from moving further into the land flowing with milk and honey.
THEY ENTERED THE CANAAN LAND, WON A BRIEF VICTORY, BUT COULD NOT WIN FURTHER WARS….THEY WERE STOCKED.
For a whole day, they were weeping and worried and confused as to what to do next. Then, the CAPTAIN SPOKE AGAIN, AFTER SOME HOURS OF SILENCE:

[11] Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff.
[12] Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.
[13] Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.

They were defeated and beaten down and shamefully disgraced after crossing over into the Land flowing with Milk and Honey, because:
– they transgressed the Lord’s Command.
– they took of the Accused things God ordered to be separated.
– they stole and put it among their stuff.
And because they have done all those things against God:
– THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAND BEFORE THEIR ENEMIES
– THEY THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN ACCURSED
– GOD WILL NOT BE WITH THEM AGAIN.

No wonder, a small city beat them down. No wonder, they had to flee before the people who were so inexperienced in war. No wonder they lost 36 lives among them. They were shamefully defeated.
THE LORD HAD SAID 2022 IS OUR YEAR OF ABUNDANT HARVEST, GREAT MANIFESTATIONS : – of Great Exploits, Great Provisions, Divine Revelations, Great Speed/Accelerations, Great Anointing and Impartations, Great Divine Protections and Great Directions for all Drama Ministers who walk in His Counsels and follow Him in 2022
However, a person can still be shamefully beaten down by the enemies and the Captain of the Hosts of Heaven could remain silent and inactive in a person’s live when one chooses to transgress His Commands this year – 2022.

The Gold that Achan stole and hid in his tent, belonged to the treasury of God, why the Robe his took was to be burnt to ashes. Part of the rule this year 2016, is to learn to Separate what belongs to God out of your properties and finances. Separate His Offerings and Tithes and Whatever He demands from you anytime any day. Whatever, He demands from you as a Seed, belongs to Him and you must give Him.

THEN, NEVER KEEP AMONG YOUR STUFF, WHAT IS NOT YOURS.
Every act of falsifications of figures to keep what does not belong to one, amount to keeping an Accursed thing among the stuffs…this turns the Captain away from fulfilling His Covenants.
It shall be well with you this year.
